Train at your own risk. By using Glute Force you accept full responsibility for your own safety, health, and physical condition.

1. Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, falls, dropped weights, and in rare cases serious or life-threatening injury. By using the Glute Force application, programs, videos, or any related content, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

2. Trainee Responsibility

It is your responsibility as the trainee to:

  • Consult a qualified physician before beginning any new exercise program.
  • Train within your current ability level and progress gradually — do not attempt loads, ranges of motion, or movements you are not prepared for.
  • Use proper form, appropriate equipment, and a safe training environment at all times.
  • Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other warning sign, and seek medical attention when appropriate.
  • Be careful and mindful in every session — the responsibility to avoid injury rests entirely with you.

Individual fitness results vary based on genetics, effort, nutrition, recovery, and consistency. Glute Force makes no guarantee of any specific physical, aesthetic, or performance outcome.
